Getting started

Venue owners and their staff manage their venue in the DrinksLooker admin dashboard, with the same account they use in the app.

Get access

Create a DrinksLooker account in the app (see the App guide).
Contact us with your venue's name and address. We set your account up as the manager of your venue.
Sign in again. The menu ☰ now has an Admin item (“Manage kiosks, drinks & more”) — it opens your dashboard. In a browser you can also go straight to app.drinkslooker.com/admin.

A manager sees only the venues they're assigned to. Everything you change is limited to those venues.

Your dashboard

As a manager you'll find these cards:

Kiosks — your venue's profile, menu settings and team. See Your venue.
Drinks — your drink menu. See Menu & drinks.
Reviews — what guests say about your venue. See Reviews & replies.
Coupons and Scan Coupon — your promo codes. See Coupons.
Scan QR — scan a QR code or barcode with the camera.

Want to reply to reviews only?

Staff who only need to answer guests' reviews don't need dashboard access — they can request to respond for the venue right in the app. See Reviews & replies.
