Your venue's Billboard shows your happy hours and promotions, marked Official, and flyers that guests pin to it.

Post an official offer

Either way, the offer is live at once — your posts are not reviewed:

• In the app — open your venue and tap Add Flyer. Step 1 Flyer: title, text and an optional image. Step 2 Date & Time: the dates (up to 30 days), the Days it runs (All days or single weekdays) and an optional Start Time / End Time. Step 3 Attachments: an optional PDF (your menu or programme, up to 5 MB) and a video link. Then Post flyer.
• In the dashboard — Dashboard → Billboard → + New Offer: the same Days, Start Time / End Time, PDF and video link, without the 30-day limit — handy for a standing weekday happy hour. Add a Thumbnail too: it's the small picture next to the offer when guests open a venue with several offers, so they can tell them apart (without one, the Billboard thumbtack is shown).

Flyers from guests

Signed-in guests can pin a flyer to your venue. It is checked before it appears, and it's marked Posted by user. Flyers that three people report are hidden until a DrinksLooker moderator reviews them.

Dashboard → Billboard lists the offers and flyers on your venues. Filter by Users to see guests' flyers. To take one down, open it and turn Active off, or tap Delete.
