Coupons

Create discount coupons for your venue and redeem them at the counter with the camera.

Create a coupon

  1. Dashboard → Coupons → + New Coupon.
  2. Enter a Title and a Description.
  3. Pick the Type — Percent (%) or Fixed ($) — and the Value.
  4. Set the Start Date and the Expiry Date, choose your venue and make sure Active is on.
  5. Save. Generate QR creates the coupon's QR code.

Guests find coupons in the app with Coupons in the map filters.

Redeem a coupon

  1. Dashboard → Scan Coupon, and scan the coupon the guest shows you.
  2. Check the details — value, Valid until and status.
  3. Tap Accept to redeem it, or Cancel.
A coupon can be used once. The scanner tells you when a coupon has already been used (and by whom), has expired, is disabled, or isn't a valid coupon QR.
