Getting started

Open DrinksLooker in your browser at app.drinkslooker.com or install the mobile app. You can browse the map without an account; sign in to review, save and share.

The first-run walkthrough

On first launch a short spotlight walkthrough shows the map, the location button, search, favorites, map filters and the menu. Tap Next to move on or Skip to close it. When you open the app from a shared link (a drink, venue, Hall of Fame, certificate…), it goes straight to that page — the walkthrough and other first-run prompts wait for a normal start.

Want to see it again? Open the menu ☰ → Introduction (“Replay the quick walkthrough”). Once Rewards is available, the menu shows What's new in its place.

What's new

When Rewards is available, open ☰ → What's new (“A quick tour of the newer features”) for a one-minute tour that points at the real buttons: adding a drink with press & hold, the map filters compass and search; then it opens Tours and one of the tours, opens Recipes (a recipe on By the Book, then Bootlegger's and its + button), opens My Stash and points at Hall of Fame, opens Rewards (your rank and points, all ranks, what earns points), then points at Scan QR (if you aren't signed in: Scan QR in the menu, then Sign In), opens the Leaders Board and its top card, and ends with how Rewards ranks work. Whatever it opened closes again when the tour ends. It plays by itself; tap Next or Back, a dot to jump, Skip to close, or Got it at the end. It never opens on its own.

Create an account

  1. Open the menu ☰ and tap the sign-in row (“Sign in to see your profile”).
  2. Tap Create one under “No account?”.
  3. Enter your first name, last name and email, tick I have read and agree to the User Agreement, then tap Create Account.
  4. We email you a link — click it to set your password (at least 6 characters). You are then signed in.

You can also use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.

Sign in

Enter your email and password and tap Sign In.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter your last name and email and tap Next.
  3. If an account matches, a reset link arrives by email. It expires in 24 hours.

Agreements

When new terms are published, the app asks you to read and sign them before you continue: scroll through the document, tick I have read and agree to the terms and tap Sign & Continue.
