Your venue

Keep your venue's profile accurate — name, location, contact details and logo — and decide who on your team can manage it.

Open your venue

Dashboard → Kiosks lists your venues, each with how many drinks it has and who added it. Tap Edit on one. The editor has tabs: Details, On Map, Menu Template and Email Template.

Details

• Basics — name, venue type, status, description and logo photo. A status marked “hidden from map” takes the venue off the map.
• Location & contact — address, city, state, ZIP, coordinates, phone number and website. The 🗺️ button shows the pin on the On Map tab.
• Menu — the menu title and the Active menu switch, which publishes your Custom Menu page, its QR code and share link. See Menu & drinks.
• More details (OSM) — cuisine, takeaway and other optional attributes.

Save your changes with the button at the bottom. Menu switches save immediately.

AI Load

In a venue's editor, 🤖 AI Load fills the venue's empty fields — address, city, state, ZIP, phone, website and description — and can correct a misspelled name. It looks the place up by its coordinates and name: what the AI knows about it first, then the map (OpenStreetMap) for anything the AI left empty. It takes a few seconds.

• Only empty fields are filled; what you already typed stays. A corrected name shows was: … with Undo.
• Each filled field gets a badge: AI — check (from the AI, which has no internet and can be wrong — especially phones and websites of small places), OSM (from the map) or Address (the address of the pin).
• Found on the map: … shows which place on the map it matched.
• Nothing is saved until you check the values and tap Save.
• Once you save values AI Load filled, the venue shows 🤖 in the Kiosks list (hover it for the date) and a 🤖 AI Load tag in the editor.

Your team

• Managers — people who can manage this venue in the dashboard. Search for a user, pick them and tap Add; remove someone with ✕. They need a DrinksLooker account first.
• Responders — people who reply to reviews for the venue in the app, shown as Active or Pending. See Reviews & replies.

Moderation

Venue details are checked automatically when they change. The Moderation section shows the result and any reports guests sent about the venue; Re-scan AI asks for a new check.

Duplicates and removal

• Merge (in the list) — if your venue exists twice, merge the duplicate into the right one: its drinks and reviews move over and the duplicate is deleted. In Merge kiosk into… type at least 3 characters of the right venue's name and wait a moment (or press Enter) — all your venues are searched; scroll down and further results load by themselves.
• Remove deletes a venue after a confirmation that shows what's linked to it.

Venues that share a master menu

A venue can take its menu from a master venue (for example, one menu for several locations of a brand). Detach from Master makes the venue independent: it keeps its current groups and drinks, and from then on its menu is managed only through this venue.
