Menu & drinks
Your drinks appear on the map and on your venue's card in the app. You can also publish a Custom Menu page — a branded menu that guests open from a QR code.
Edit drinks
- Dashboard → Drinks lists the drinks of your venues. Search by drink or venue.
- Tap Edit on a drink, or + New to add one.
- Set the Name, Type, Price ($), Description, Photo, the venue (Kiosk) and the Status. A hidden drink stays in your list but isn't shown to guests.
- Save. Changes go live for everyone.
If a drink exists twice, use Merge to move all reviews of the duplicate onto the right drink; the duplicate is then deleted. In Merge into… type at least 3 characters of the name and wait a moment (or press Enter) — all your venue's drinks are searched; scroll down and further results load by themselves.
Import drinks from a spreadsheet
Open your venue (Dashboard → Kiosks → Edit) and tap Import drinks. Upload a CSV with one drink per row and the columns drink, typeId, price, description, source, isMenu — typeId is the drink type's name, for example “Cocktails”. Imported drinks take the venue's location. The import is all-or-nothing: if any row has an error, nothing is imported and the errors are listed so you can fix the file and try again.
The Custom Menu page
The Custom Menu page lists the drinks you choose, grouped the way you want:
- In the drink editor, tick Show on kiosk's custom menu page and pick a Menu group.
- In your venue's Menu Template tab, build the groups and sub-groups: add, rename, reorder (↑↓), describe and switch them on or off.
- Optionally adjust the page: a menu title, a header image, the page HTML and custom CSS, and a separate print layout. Preview HTML shows the result; Insert default HTML / Insert default CSS start from our template. Tap Save Template.
- Turn on Active menu in the Details tab to publish the page with its QR code and share link.
If the menu fields are read-only and you see “The menu is managed by an admin for this store”, menu editing hasn't been enabled for your venue yet — contact us to turn it on.
