Billboard
Every venue has a Billboard: happy hours and promotions from the venue, and flyers pinned by people who use DrinksLooker.
Browse the Billboard
- Tap the compass in the top bar and choose Billboard to show the venues in view that have something on their Billboard today. Tap a pin to open its offer right away — or a list with a small picture of each offer, when the venue has several. The venue's picture and name are shown on top; tap them to open the venue.
- On a venue's page, tap Billboard to read its offers and flyers. Tap a picture to see it full size.
- A flyer from another person shows who posted it — their picture and name. Tap its picture to see it full size.
- On the map, Billboard shows an offer from its first date through its last.
- If an offer has a PDF, tap its 📄 button to read it right in the app — use ‹ and › to turn the pages. A Video button plays the attached video.
Add a flyer
- Sign in, open a venue and tap Add Flyer (next to Add Feedback).
- Step 1 Flyer: fill in the Title (up to 80 characters), the Text (up to 500 characters) and, if you like, add an Image. Tap Next.
- Step 2 Dates: pick when the flyer shows on the map — Show on the map from (today or later) and until, at most 30 days after the start.
- Step 3 Attachments (optional): Add PDF — a menu, programme or poster up to 5 MB — and a Video link from YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.
- Tap Post flyer.
Your flyer is checked before it appears on the Billboard. Until then only you can see it — in the venue's Billboard, marked with its status (for example Pending review), and in My Billboard Posts. If you manage the venue, your flyer appears right away.
My Billboard Posts
Open the menu ☰ → My Stash → Billboard Posts to see every flyer you've posted with its status:
- Pending review — being checked; not shown to others yet.
- Published — on the venue's Billboard.
- Rejected — not published; the Reason is shown under it.
- Hidden after reports — other people reported it, and it waits for a moderator. Reported for under it lists the reasons people gave and how many times (also in the flyer's details on the venue's Billboard).
- Expired — its last day has passed.
- Switched off — the venue hid it.
Tap the pencil to edit a flyer. Changing the title or text, or adding a new image, sends it back to review; changing the dates, the PDF or the video link doesn't. Tap the bin to delete it.
Report a flyer
Open a flyer marked Posted by user, tap Report flyer and pick a reason. When three different people report the same flyer, it's hidden until a moderator looks at it. You can report a flyer once, and not your own.
