Inside, the architecture centers around a jaw-dropping circular bar positioned under a massive dome ceiling painted with a gold-and-black celestial constellation map. Reservations: Highly recommended. It's one of the most sought-after views on Universal property, and walk-in waits can stretch significantly during peak sunset and park-closing hours.
Parking: Valet and self-parking at the Helios Grand Hotel can be steep, but you can get it validated if you hit the restaurant's minimum spend threshold (typically $75) — ask your server before closing out.

If you want a full, heavy meal in a quieter setting, you might prefer Flora Taverna down in the main lobby. But for a sophisticated, scenic evening of craft drinks and incredible small plates, Bar Helios is arguably the best rooftop experience in Orlando right now.
