General Questions
Drinks Looker is an interactive, map-based platform designed to help you discover the best bars, cafés, and restaurants near you. Unlike general review sites, Drinks Looker catalogues and reviews every individual drink on a menu, with ratings provided by real customers.
You can search by typing ingredients, drink names, tasting notes, or origins directly into the search bar. You can also filter results by category (e.g., Cocktails, Straight Spirits, Beer, Wine, Non-Alcoholic, Coffee) or filter by a specific price range.
No, you can browse the map, view store locations, and look through drink menus without an account. However, you will need to sign in to save your profile, add items to your Favorites, leave reviews, or like other users' reviews.
The platform classifies drinks into several specific types, including:
🍸 Cocktails
🥃 Straight Spirits & Shooters
🍺 Beer & 🍷 Wine
☕ Coffee Drinks
🥤 Non-Alcoholic Drinks & 💧 Seltzers

Yes. Super Admins can search for registered users via name or email and grant them Store Manager access. Managers will only see and control the specific locations they are assigned to, keeping your data secure.
Active: Your store or drink is completely visible on the public map.
Hidden: The item or store is saved in your dashboard but instantly removed from public view (great for seasonal drinks or temporary closures).

Through the dashboard, you can view all customer reviews left for your store and drinks. You can reply publicly to reviews, and your response will appear directly beneath the customer's note. If a review violates guidelines, you can flag, hide, or block it with a specified reason code.
